Planned and preventative electrical maintenance for commercial premises, strata buildings and rental properties across Perth. Catch problems before they turn into outages.
The cheapest electrical fault is the one you find before it fails. A loose connection, a tired breaker or a smoke alarm past its date costs little to fix on a planned visit, and a lot more when it takes out the power on a Friday afternoon.
We look after electrical maintenance for offices, shops, workshops, strata common property and rental portfolios. You get one point of contact, a schedule that suits the site, and a written report after every visit.

We set up a schedule that suits the site, whether that’s quarterly, every six months or once a year, and we plan the work around your hours where we can. After each visit you get a plain-English report: what we checked, what we found, what we fixed and what we recommend.
Strata manager? See our strata page for how we quote and report per scheme. Business owner? Our commercial page covers fit-outs and larger jobs.

Send us the address and a few photos of the switchboard and the areas you’re responsible for, and we’ll suggest a schedule and quote it. No call-out fee, and no lock-in contracts.
Already got a problem? Call 0415 203 286. We’ll sort the fault first and talk about maintenance after.

Want fewer electrical surprises?
It depends on the site. A small office might only need an annual check with RCD testing. A workshop with machinery, or a strata building with car park lighting and common area boards, usually suits quarterly or six-monthly visits. We’ll suggest what fits.
What we checked, what we found, what we fixed on the day, and what we recommend, in plain English, with photos where they help. Strata committees and building managers can follow it without an electrician translating.
Yes. Leads, power boards, kettles, tools and other plug-in appliances, tagged and recorded, usually on the same visit as the other checks.
Where we can, yes. We’ll talk timing through with you first so the work causes as little disruption as possible.
